Compare two cols in different workbook and then chnage the value in third col

Hi,
i want to compare two cols of two different workbooks. cols are not equal in both workbooks.
What I need to do is Take the value of Site section cols only for those rows whose page views is above threshold say > 10000, from Site section work book.
Then match the Site sections with Description col in RunManager workbook, and Update Execute cols TRUE/FALSE on basis of Matched description.

I did attach the sample work books.
Any help is really apreciated.

Thanks David for previous solution but the problem is that I want to Map all Sitesections to only 5 test cases.
say site section 1-10 map to test case 1
site section 11-20 map to test case 2 so and so forth.

can anyone help me in this
