Populate Cell with Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4 depending on date

Coulmn H starting at H3 auto fills with the current date based on this code:

My request

There will be 4 different worksheets
A worksheet for Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4

I am looking for some code that will autofill A3 with Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4 based on the date that autofills in H3 and each respective row below A4/H4, A5/H5 you get the idea.

Date format 2012/06/30 of column H
So the above date would Q3

Q1 = 11, 12, 01
Q2 = 02, 03, 04
Q3 = 05, 06, 07
Q4 = 08, 09, 10
