Compare 2 columns then copy and paste the adjucent cell value if match is found

As I am a new learner to VBS Macro, Requesting for a macro help:-

    I’ve 2 workbooks named “Source.xls” and “Dest.xls”.

I need a macro in “Source.xls” workbook which on executing, should ask for a open dialog box to select the workbook (“Dest.xls”).

When the 2 workbooks are opened the “Bundle#” in the column c (Column c has both the Bundle #& Case# combined in it but the Bundle number alone should be taken up for comparison in it) in the workbook “Source.xls” should be compared with the column c in the workbook “Dest.xls”.

When a match is found then the text in the Column D in the workbook “Dest.xls” should be copied to the Column D in the workbook “Source.xls”.

Any help on this request will be much appreciated.
