Message box should keep on promting untill the values are entered

    Hi,

Please help me with the logic on how to acheive the below.

I have some data in the xls, I need to pop up a message if the column E data is KL and in column F the data is null, basically user has to enter some value(comments) apart from space., the pop up message should keep on coming untill the user has entered some comments in column F and it should not allow the user to proceed further, the macro should be based on the data.

I have attached sample data. Please give me some hint on how to acheive this.

    Regards,
    Swathi

    Hi,

Try to use excel inbuilt formulas and do instead of writing macros.

    Thanks,

As shruthidwh could probably use excels built in functions. But, you may have a reason to do this ,so give this a try.
