Reshuffling of worksheet names depending on the order of cells in a list + more

Hello All,
I have a list of names and their weightings. A
I wanted to know if it was possible to create a piece of code A4:A54 and B4:B54
I need to create something that reorders A & B by weight so highest is at the top and then reorders the worksheet starting from worksheet two (they have the same name as the values in A4:A54) so that the names appear in the same order as the weights occur on the main data sheet.

I've been playing with some basic code (current VBA level) however i cant work out how to get it to reorder based on the cell value and name it after the adjacent cell.

I found this which i think might work but i dont know how to edit it to get it to do exactly what i want.
