To update stored records via user form

Hi... Am new to this forum. Am creating a user form. I can insert the values and that is stored in a worksheet. I need to update the records based on a first field (When search field is entered, the record has to be viewed in the user form and should be updated) . Can any one help with this. Thanks in advance.

Create a sample sheet of data and attach it to the message using the Manage Attachments. (Visible after clicking Go Advanced)

Highlight the columns a data that can be edited. For example, if you have Name|Sales, then Name wouldn't be updated, but Sales would.

We can insert values by clicking add and the values are stored in worksheet (Sheet 1).
Needs to do this: Once Cl No is entered and the search with Cl No is clicked, the particular record should get displayed in the user form and after changing the values if we click update, the record should be updated in the worksheet.
