Need help to convert huge mutiple worksheet workbook to text file to feed to mainframe

Macro to convert a mutiple sheet workbook to tab delimited text or fixed width text file





Hi,

I ahve a situation where I have to convert a huge mutiple sheet workbook to a single tab delimited or fixed width text file to feed into the mainframe.

I need help in getting the macro code which can create the text file and overwrites the sdame evrytime instaed of appending to the old data. The macro should have capability to select particular columns and may be delete/select particular worksheets.

The data on the spreasheet has hedaings which are not of fixed width the heading looks this.

CURRENT REGULAR ROUTE SCHEDULE
BILL ORDER DISPATCH DELIVERY
STORE NAME MAPCD MTH R/S ROUTE STOP TYPE DAY CYCLE DAY TIME DAY TIME DAY OPEN CLOSE CASES/WK.

Please find the attched sample workbook. this work book has a macro, but it just writes the data into the text file which is already there in the mentioned.
but the macro i require should be able to work the way I mentioned in my earlier post. Thank you.
