Deleting entire row if it is colored and then pasting noncolored rows in seperate TAB

    Dear all ,

This may be pretty straightforward for most ,but still a bit tricky for me ,
Please see the input file attached !

Basically in input sheet is around 1000 rows with colored as well as non colored rows

Basically in tab 2 i want to have colored rows and in tab 3 the ones non colored ,

Say for example in tab 1 ,i have 100 total rows in which 40 rows are colored yellow and 60 are given no color ,i want to retain 100 rows in sheet 1 and then have 40 colored rows in sheet 2 and 60 non colored rows in sheet 3 ....

i was making a feeble attempt ,it's not working !!!!Can anyone please give it a try ?

Slight correction .....in both sheet 2 and sheet 3 ,if cell A1 has content ,i want that row to be retained ....

You will note that it basically is the heading for the items below ----so neccesary to keep it ,

I have done it manually ---see attached sheet 2 for understanding how the output should be for colored row

However i now need to add a condition to not delete the row if there is value in cell A1 ....I need to know how to incorporate that !

Re: Deleting entire row if it is colored and then pasting noncolored rows in seperate TAB

    Finally managed a turnaround!

Please see attached files Input and Output ,

How i managed to solve it was by first coloring the row ,if it contained headings at Corresponding position of D ...Once i did that ,i needed to then delete the rows which had no color ,this i called from a seperate subroutine like follows ,

Finally the attached input file shows where i started and the output file shows what i could do !

I wished that i could have it in same workbook in seperate tabs though (As of now i dunno how to do that )

I could solve it after only being helped at this forum several times and understanding their explanation's!

This forum rocks!i wish that someone can help me show to achieve what i did in same seperate tab rather than in same tab so that i can compare with what i had and after macro operation result in same workbook !
However i shall mark thread as solved !
