Macro to replace embedded formulas

Hi All,

I am pretty new with VBA and I am struggling. I am trying to run a macro for all rows where a date is entered in column D. I would like the macro to replace the formulas that are presently in columns F and G. The workbook I use on a daily basis have over 100k rows and the formulas have really started to slow the sheet down. Also, is it possible for the formulas to be deleted (cells returned to blank) after a date has been entered into column E?
