Hi All,

i want to to auomate the time sheet and task assignment sheet.

i have a one common excel called Project Report here i have below sheets:-

1. Project and Resource sheet :-- Here we assigned the resources against multiple projects.
2. Monthly Time sheet :-- we asked resources to log their daily spend hrs. Every week of month and takes sum of weekly spent hr and linked to (3) resource loading sheet..
3. Resource Loading :-- Here we calculate the No. of Hrs spent by a resource weekly and based on that we prepare the graph.

So here is what i want.... the moment...resource select the project from sheet (1) Project & Resource sheet.
a) it should pop up mssg "Please do click on start time button"
b) then resource will click on start/stop button only Two buttons
c) once task finished the total time spent should reflect in to Time sheet(should take system date) for the same day .

Note*:- resource can work on multiple task in a single day. so time spent in a day should keep on adding. and will be logged to another day in time sheet after midnight.

Time sheet :-- Once the time fills in cell for the day and day is over it cant be deleted or over wriiten(this sheet resource can not see).

i would really greatful if any one can help me of achiving this ...very urgently needed....
