Disable the big X red button of Excel

Hi, I need help again, please. Is there a way to disable the X red button on the right top side of excel itself. I created a workbook with menu buttons and there is a button for exit already. I would like to disable the excel x red button and i want to force the people to use that created button. It is the red X button, not on the workbook, but totally on the top right side, next to the minimize and maximize button. Is it possible?
