Equal/Match/Compare a cell from a workbook with a range in another workbook

Hi! I'm new in this forum
I think what I'm asking for it's a bit easy to do but i when it gets to the code it's pretty tricky...
I want to compare a cell "J8" from this workbook...
BASE.xlsx

With the range K8:O8 in another workbook
REPORT.xlsx

...in order to see if a cell in this range equals J8. Then select and copy the information below.

In other words, compare J8 in a workbook to K8:O8 in another workbook and select the cell that equals, then copy it...

Any suggestions to solve a code for this?
