Show zero values w.r.t Date & Time in sheet2 of same work book

Sheet 1 is original working sheet first column shows Date and Time and other column shows values against different officers

i am trying to create a report that takes all zero values only from first officer’s column w.r.t Date and Time is collated and shown on a sheet2 in the same work book automatically then take all zero values of 2nd officer w.r.t Date and Time is collated and shown on a sheet2 in the same work book
This process repeats till last column w.r.t Date and Time automatically with VBA code

Note:- On sheet 2 i have done this manually it takes more time but I need it may be done through VBA code
