Run-time error '9' - Subscript out of range

Working on program that is not mine, not sure what this is doing? It looks very simple, but I get an error when running it. Any help?

It's a sheet type which seems to be missing from the Workbook. Check if there is a hidden dialog sheet. Right click on any sheet tab in the workbook and select "View Code". In the new Microsoft Visual.....window look at the Top Left hand side for the Project Explorer pane and see if it lists a sheet by the name "Dialog1".

There is not a sheet named "Dialog1".
