Question copying cell content into a specific workbook based on the content in that cell

    Hello,

i want to copy the content in a cell in my "main.xls" workbook into a specified workbook
    1) if the cell in status column is completed then the content in that row will go into a "complete.xls" workbook
    2) if the cell in status column is incomplete then the content in that row will go into a "incomplete.xls" workbook
    3) if the cell in status column is complete then the content in that row will go into a specified workbook named with client for example
a order from larry is with complete status then the whole row has to be copied to "Larry.xls"

Today i entered some orders into the "main.xls" all the information will be transferred to other documents, again tomorrow i would enter some more data, now these new data has to start from the cell or row where it was ended last update.

Instead of attaching a png file, why not attach a sample excel file?

Do you want the transfer to happen on the click of a button? or immediate?

Should the rows in the main file be deleted after the copy?
