Identify duplicate in numbers separated by comma

I have 30K rows listed in an excel sheet with random number separated by comma 671,962,116,029
Noting, the duplicate SIC Code could fall anywhere within the string. I need to identify the rows that have duplicates in them. The duplicate row could be highlight or column inserted to mark this row with a duplicate SIC Code.

an example of desired result - 101636,AIRLINES REPORTING CORPORATION,,,,,,,"7389,6099,7389"

The above row has duplicate and should be highlighted

Down below is more examples of the random numbers I am working with so you have clear idea

100011 XEROX CORPORATION 50,453,861
100041 BLUE LANCE INCORPORATED 73,727,371
100190 CIT COMMUNICATIONS FINANCE CORPORATION 4899
101172 ABN AMRO BANK NV 671,962,116,029

have you copied the data correctly
should not be a comma after the first numeric
eg 101636,airlines reporting corporation
should not be a comma after the name of the company like
101636,airlines reporting corporation,7389,6099,7389
no double quotes etc
then it would be easy to copy the data into my excel and try to work on it
the string will be

101636,airlines reporting corporation,7389,6099,7389

this is entered in A1(may be in any other cell in that case modify macro)

then try this macro

Choose Format.
