Question Conditional formatting for specific field

    Hello,

Can someone help with the following please?:

In the sheet "Final" of attached there's a field called "Make appointment Before".
When the value in this column is below 0 I would like it to change to bold and red.
I have tried using conditional formatting but this doesn't work if the field's location is changed.

Note: To change location, select "Show Fields" then "Refresh"

    Thanks in advance

Re: Conditional formatting for specific field

    Hi rvasquez,

Thanks for your response I tried this but it ony works if the "Make appointment before" field is in column E.
If I select "Show Fields" then change the column location to say "F" and hit "Refresh", the format remains in Column E.
Is there anyway to update it when the column location changes?

    Thanks in advance!

i applied "only cells that contain" CF and it seems to work. however when i run your macro nothing happens.

is that the type of CF you used?

Question Re: Conditional formatting for specific field

    Hello,

Attached is the latest workbook using rvasquez code.
If you hit the refresh button now, "Make Appointment Before" has no formatting.
Is there anyway to update it when the column location changes?

    Thanks in advance!
