Open File Dialog to Sharepoint

Hi All,

I currently have a Excel Template which references its values from another Excel Workbook Database which is stored in a Sharepoint.
The problem i face is this Excel file is constantly being updated and its filename changes.

I require some assistance on a simple code to use a Open File Dialog box to point to my Sharepoint location and Open the Excel Database I wish to open.
So that I can successfully reference to the Worksheets.

This is the path to the Sharepoint.
\\db1\Hardware Asset Database\

I have tried using the code, but it just opens the OpenFileDialog and its not pointing to the SharePoint Directory.
