Message box with variables and options

Hello all, we are unsure how to proceed on the following issue:

We have a range of cells, we want the user to check the two cells manually to ensure there are no errors, to achieve this we have had the idea of using a message box like the following.

    Error Message.png

We are unsure on how to create the Yes and No buttons on the message box.

We want yes to continue on with the rest of the code, and we want no to stop the code and let the user fix the error.

Also, is it possible to get the contents of a cell and display it in the message box, for example where it says 'B28' this could actually be the contents of Sheet 2, B28?

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Usman.
