Auto Allocating names to Rows base on a column list.

    Hi All,
I need some help with auto allocating names to rows.

I wish to have a macro; a formula that auto allocate (input names of people) names next to these extracted values.

*** The tricky part is this ***

The macro is intelligent enough to:
    (1) Calulate the total sum of Column A (Results 1) and distribute 10% to specific individual names inputted in a Column (Team Leads).

    (2) Then fairly/equally distribute the remaining 90% to other individual names inputted in another Column (Workers)

    (3) As Column A (Results 1) contains unique Digits; and Column B (Results 2) contains replicated Digits, the marco will have a citeria to distribute to each individual equally based on unique Digits from Column A (Results 1) AND with another citeria that Column B (Results 2) are not divided out to different individuals but allocated based on the replicated digits (A bit tricky to explain)

Kindly see the Before and After results:
    Before (Raw - Unassigned Information.xls)
    After (Filtered - Assigned Information.xls)

Any comments will be helpful to me, please help, many thanks.

    Fodio
