Exclamation URGENT Pls help - Copying information from sheet 1 to sheet 2 base on a match of a value

Hi all , Im using excel 2010, I have 2 sheet being the unique identify for both sheets of data is the "Serial No."

For instance, a serial no. of DB0234 has multiple rows of data in sheet 1 , and has one row of data in sheet 2. the objective here is to copy the information from "Product Name" column in sheet 1 to sheet 2 at the same time creating similar rows of information. Below is an example file of sheet 1 and sheet 2 with another worksheet as the ideal outcome.

i can use a vlookup or index to fill up the information but my data is counting from 10000 onwards so i believe a marco will really help me save alot of time rather than a manual insert of need rows and doing a vlookup after.

    Please helppp, Thank you
