Compare two rows and copy only changes from the columns

hi there
i need to compare two columns.. i.e if a1=b1 then do nothing and compare a2 with b2. if found any change then copy the cell to other worksheet and keep looking for changes in the entire row and then copy changes in a pattern.. for example

SHEET 1 CONTAINS DATA
A B C D
1 X X
2 X Y
3 Z Z
4 Z X

SHEET 2 SHOULD GET COPIED DATA IF FOUND ANY CHANGE

A B C D
1 X Y
2 Z X
3
4

I need data in descending order so that it should only contain the changes in the lists..

i need it to be refined..
see the attachment and suggest if i have about 32 lakh entries in multiple files to compare with each other. these are voter lists of recent elections and i have to figure out the mistakes in them. may be you have a suggestion
