I want to convert the pipe Delimited text into the csv. I have tried the Text to Columns for PIPE delimited but it works for only 100,000 records. But I have the file with 2,000,000 records. Please suggest me the best way to convert my file.

With such a large file, I would suggest that you don't import it at all, but rather use a query to pull in just the data you need; either using Excel's built-in query, or using ADO.
If you're goal IS to convert it, then there are other programs more suited to the task. Such as gVim, SlickEdit, & PilotEdit.
Text editors with 2GB limit: Notepad++, Jujuedit, TextPad

As a non-programmer, I am not able to pullout data using query. Can you please tell me the easiest way to convert the pipe delimited file in to CSV(comma delimited).
