Question Macro to remove rows of data when cells in a column contain certain text

I am trying to create a macro for removing rows of data when data in column "Z" has values of CN,AL,...and so on. After removing the rows of data the macro needs to move the row below it to that position. Any help would be grately appreciated.

When you delete a row the row below usually occupies the vacated position - exactly what do you mean by and so on???
