Call Data from another sheet

Hi
I have attached a sample file. In sheet "DATA", I have Name and Telephone numbers
In Sheet "CALL", if I enter the row number of my "DATA" sheet, I need the name and tel number to be appear in Sheet "CALL"
I know to use vlookup but I need to use VB.
can someone help me to code it
