LEFT find any number

I am trying to use =LEFT(A1,FIND("***ANY NUMBER***",A1,1) - 1) Is there a way to use a wild card or multiple values with FIND, or do I need to use a macro or SEARCH maybe instead? What I am trying to do is delete all text starting with a number in the whole column. I want to leave just the names in column A for as many entries as I can (not all entries have a number next to them). I am attaching an example. Thanks.
