Trying to embed & play an mp3 file with buttons for play/pause stop & mute

Hello all,

New to forums - but been searching everywhere for a solution to this. I'm using Excel 2007, decent with macros and VBA - but def still learning. I have a spreadsheet I create and maintain every year for our office NFL pool. It has some cool little tricks and features build into it, but I would really like to step it up this season.... I have been able to embed the FOX NFL Theme.mp3 into the worksheet as an object - "Object 243" (fairly small file - 668 kb / 1:21 duration). What I would like is whenever the spreadsheet is opened, the file will start playing - but on the main "Dashboard" tab, I would to like have media buttons that the user can click to control the sound (play/pause, stop, & mute). Can this be done?? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance!!

Someone has to have something to help me get started in the right direction on this...LOL. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am also looking help to play mp3 file in Excel but could not get proper answer.
