How to create a macro to paste over old data in a sheet but not all data???

Im looking for a macro command that will copy data from workbook1 and paste it into workbook2 to replace the old data for for a certain project. There are several projects in workbook2 (all in the same sheet), so i only want to paste the new data in the same cells as the old to replace it. Each project has a distinct name and the project name is listed in column "B", so is there a macro command that will allow me to paste from one workbook to another only where the the project name is the same???

    Yes, sure we would try

Can you upload the 2 sample workbooks.. Outline the copy and paste area.. I would then try to build the macro
    Thanks,

    Thanks Bonny Tycoon,

I have the macro already built and works correctly. There is only one peice of the puzzle I am missing. And that is to paste over a data set with the same project name instead of in the begining of the sheet.

    Thanks,
    Tim

Would the paste area range be constant?

Can you paste your code too?

No the paste range will not be constant, it will be wherever the specific project data is that I want to replace.

Attached is the excel file and the macro can be found with the title. "copy_open_save".
And the cell labeled "Timothy Gagliardi" would be the project name. All the information in this excel file is needs to be copied and pasted into another workbook but replacing the cells with the same project.

    Thanks,
    Tim
