Been lurking for a while now and I have to comment on what a good forum this is.

My question is, I have slowly been compiling a macro to split out text and transpose into columns based on the return carriage or new line character, however, I cannot seem to find a solution to the one issue that I have once this is complete.

Columns end up with strings like this: Language: en-GB. I have used the following code to remove text before the colon across several worksheets.

However, I also have strings like this: Date/Time: 10-Jul-12, at 04:02pm. Where there are two or three colons as part of the string, I only need to remove the text before the first occurrence of a colon and I cannot seem to find a solution, bearing in mind that there lots of text strings with two colons and the number of characters before the first colon varies.

I hope that somebody can help me.
