    Search for txt if whole row is empty below colour green else leave

    Can anyone help me it seems easy but keep getting in a muddle of the VBA

    Searching in range A4:M60 for the words "Complaints" then if the whole row below is empty colour it green and type COMPLETE in it, but if there is any text in the row below "Complaints" then do nothing.
