How to increase a cell valu by 1 with a press of a keyboard button?

I'm filling out a questionnaire on Excel 2010 sheet and need a shortcut to increase the value of cells by simply pressing a keyboard button, such as the up arrow key.

Basically these are the cells I created for the job:

Food Quality: B3 Excellent; B4 Good; B5 Bad
Cleanliness: C3 Excellent; C4 Good; C5 Bad
Service: D3 Excellent; D4 Good; D5 Bad
Ambiance: E3 Excellent; E4 Good; E5 Bad
Value: F3 Excellent; F4 Good; F5 Bad

Gender:
H4 Male
I3 Female

From J3 to N3 female age categories
From J4 to N4 male age categories

So, I'm hoping instead of rewriting the number of each cell by increasing its value based on each customer's feedback, I would press a keyboard button to increase the number of each cell.

I would appreciate any help as I have never used macros.
