Hide rows with 0 value in specific ranges

Hello,

I am trying to use this code:

to hide any rows that have a zero value on ranges E5:E49, E28:48, E52:E71, E75:E95, E100:E120 and E125:145.

I thought didnt have to put the ranges in, but if i run this code, it hides everything, even the rows that have data in them.

any suggestions?
