How to add to macro & have checkbox match background color?

Thanks to John55 that helped me out w/my macro on my box that has "Other" I got what I need. I tried to add to the macro so when the "Other" box is checked to hide rows 53:56 but I got errors...

I entered

but that doesn't work...

I'm also having a minor issue on getting that box to match the color of my background... Under properties I select transparent under the "BackStyle" option & it works until the box is checked... then it goes back to white...
