New Invoice Generating

Hi

Can anyone help Please.

I have created a atandard invoice.

1) What i woul like to know is, is there away to place a button on the invoice so that when you press it the current invoice automatically saves to a file by invoice number and then refreshes the invoice ready for the next.

2) Also, on the invoice i have created VLOOKUP in all of the cells on the product part of the invoice so i.e. when you type in a product code it show the description and prices etc...

Is it possible to do part 1) and also keep part 2) so it doesnt clear part 2)??

Any pacro codes you can provide would be appreciated.



I have managed to create the date and invoice increase using macros so this is not a problem.
