How to save the opened word document as a Notepad/text file?

I have the code to open the word document through excel vba.(attached the excel)

Can anyone help me with the vba code to save the document as Notepad/text file.(Save as type = Plain text)

I Used the below code,

It opens the word document but after that it show "Run-time error '448': Named argument not found"

Please help me in rectifying it.

Nothing looks out of place. Does this happen on the SaveAs line?
