Macro for vlookup where col index has multiple matches

im trying to get ALL the values associated to a code.
the column im searching (COL A) has more than one value associated to it. see attached example of scores
eg: name / score /

jack / 65 /
jack/ 77 /
:
:
:
:

Jane/ 83/
so when i vlookup name all i get is 65. id also like to be able to get jacks full list of scores (77 etc etc)

when i do a vlookup all i get is the top value - not the second or third

please help by looking at example.xlsx sheet 1 is the raw list a data and sheet2 is the explanation in more detail
