Continuous rank

Hi,
I have sorted values in columns, for example in columns A:AR, and I want to generate a rank for values in each column, now I have a formula

=SUMA(1/(JEŻELI(A$1:A$2604<A1;LICZ.JEŻELI(A$1:A$2604;A$1:A$2604);2^99)))+1 

(english version: 

=SUM(1/(IF(A$1:A$2604<A1;COUNTIF(A$1:A$2604;A$1:A$2604);2^99)))+1)

, but work very, very, very slowly...
