Generating List based on Condition

Hi All,

I want to add a code as a part of larger code.

The idea is that the code should find

1)-ve numbers under "Flashcard Efforts less Timesheet Efforts!!" column and display it in a list AND

2)All "Missing Flashcard Entries" under "Missing Flashcard Data" column and display it in a list


I was trying a small relect range and then usin if...then but could not succeed. Please help. Thanks- Andy!.
