I have a userform with several textboxes. I use Repaint to update the userform. That makes the userform flicker. Is there any other way to update a userform?

No. Why do you need to update it - is it a modeless form that you are updating in a loop?

You don't usually need to repaint explicitly, the form should do it without.
Can you post the code you have?
Here is a summary......I didn't have Repaint before. Then the Userform was showing nothing. After I added Repaint it showed my data but it flicker.

It is because it repaints when finished. The problem is the 40k loop
Try Replacing testform.Repaint with DoEvents
