Referencing other files

Good Day

I've recorded a macro (SolTest) which works perfectly when it formats file (ZAE000004875_110930), but runs error when i try to run it against other file (ZAE000066304_110930, etc). Am i missing something please assist. This is a simple copy, paste and formatt macro

It seems to work, once I got the file names right (Note - your code said CSV, but the files supplied are XLS), and had all the files open. Also, the data in the two files started in different rows.

You don't need to keep swapping between the files. Set up variables to refer to the workbook and worksheet, and just refer to them:
