Macro to get worksheets to save to new workbook with OPEN workbooks .PATH & " " as name.

Could I please ask a great wizard to look at this? and give me some clues!

Just can't seem to get all to come together, I can get the worksheets to make new workbook saved as .xlsm and work, and I can get a new workbook to save as file path name, but I can't seem to get worksheets to do the same.

What have I done wrong?
