Copying Cells with Values only

Hello,

I am looking for a macro that will:

1. Copy the range A1:H501 from SheetB
2. Paste that range into SheetA starting at A7

My issue:

The range A1:H501 on SheetB has an “if” calculation in every cell designed to return blank cells when appropriate. I do NOT want those blank cells copied/pasted into Sheet B. I could just Paste Values, right? I thought so…but even though the pasted values cells LOOK blank, it pastes something onto SheetA that messes up the cells that calculate off of them. (I know this because when I “clear content” the calculation on SheetA works just fine).

That all said: my objective is for the macro to look at SheetB A1:H501 and only COPY cells with values in them…and then do the paste into Sheet A.


Thanks for any help. All my Google searching only returns "paste values" suggestions.

Hi, wish I could but it's a confidential document. I don't need a full solution engineered, just wondered if there is a simple way to "copy values"?
