Still i am getiting the error.
I think you are using "message alert"to close the excel. don't do that. Please check MSword for better understanding.
But don't use message box to close the excel. In, alert message select "No" and close the worksheet manually (PFA to close the worksheet, but not excel container).
I do not rcv that msg regarding the disable/enable macros....
not sure if this is what what you are after but rry
