Question Need ideas on how to best implement a function in ADD-in

I want to create an ADD-in function that compute a certain rate that changes based on some values. Values change a couple of times a year. Currently, I define those values inside the function (see below) but the problem is whenever I have new values, I unlink the ADD-in and add it back into EXCEL. Why not pass in the function parameters, you ask? Well the problem is that those values comprised of more than 7 values. Having to type them as parameters would not be efficient. I was thinking of using the sheet in XLAM to place the new values but the problem is that the sheet can not be visible as ADD-in.

Anyone has idea on how to best implement?
