Data value automatically selected based on name chosen

Hello,

I am hoping to find some help with an excel sheet I am working on. I need the sheet to auto populate an "R E Factor" value based a what explosive is selected from the drop down list. Example TNT has an RE Factor of 1.00, RDX has an R E Factor of 1.44 and so on. I have attached a sheet to better illustrate this and added the respective values on sheet 2. It seems like it should be easy but I am struggling trying to apply what I've been reading here. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help

Thank you for your help but this has eliminated the drop down list in the first column. Is there a way to keep the drop list intact and still populate the data?
