Copy Name with description in a cell as many times descriptions come in a range

Hi Guys,

I have to copy the name with description in a cell, how many times descriptions are comes in a data range i.e.

if I have Names in Column B and the descriptions in the Range AB:AL as if first description is in AC column then next can be in AE and so on, the description columns are 11

my problem is that I have to copy the Name with description in a perticular cell as if there is description in AC3 then I have to put "Name - Description in AC3 cell" and if another description is in AI3 then again I have to put "Name-description in AI3 cell" in next cell and if there is no description rest of the cells then go to next row and apply the same method. if there is no description in front of the Name go to next row and check.

There is one more condition if descriptions are duplicate then it should be like "Name - Description*2" in the cell

Please help me as it is the last step in completion of the project.

To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.
