Populate combobox named range

I have created a user form and am trying to populate a combo box from a named range. I am very new to user forms and vba and dont know where to start. i have tried entering the range in the properties controlsource but no joy.

The data is in col C1:C21

1.name range first

2. Select comobox


3. go to properties

4. type list("named range") in rowsource property
