Add data to the next empty row

Iam trying to acheive 2 things but being new to userforms dont know where to go from here. when you open the form and enter your data the form currently adds the data to the first empty row at the bottom( in this case Affiliates). what i am trying to get is when the add member button is pressed, depending on the type selection e.g. Senior, Junior etc the data will be placed in a new row under the heading for that selection. while at the same time inserting a new row underneath the new entry thus moving everything below it down 1 row.
