Error:1004 When Password Protected VBA

Hi,
I am working on some bank code generating file

I can create text file from range of cells,

everything is working fine,

BUT when I gave security password to the VBA to hide vba modules,
it's giving error 1004

I am attaching both the files with & without password

PASSWORD IS: 123

can you please suggest me what I am missing , or what I have to do to work without error with password.
