Dropdown list with value from another workbook

Hi experts,

i need help with VBA code for a dropdown list and list of value is from another workbook.

workbook A will be the one i want to put in the vba code.
workbook B, spreadsheet calls "record", column C2 to C20 will be my list of value.

workbook A will remains open when the vba codes is running.
